| My
daughter and her best friend would be alive today if the criminal
justice system was not corrupt!! Who knew this was going on?
He was a habitual offender - Undetered - and in 1985 at the
time of the tragedy, he had 19 known violations. Since that
time, he accrued four more violations involving DUIs, all charges
were reduced or dropped. Imagine, 23 recorded violations and
he is still driving. What will stop this man? When his Illinois
driver's license was revoked, he simply went to another state,
illegally applied for another license and received a fraudulent
one. We are long overdue for accountability. Citizens' Outcry
is here to fight for justice.
If the legal system
doesn't stop him, who will?
