12/10/04 -- Arrested and now locked up -- Finally! (Thank you Citizens' Outcry from K.G.) He's been known to have 12 DUI arrests and many domestic violence cases! He's been in prison in California for domestic violence and battery; he's been working undercover and not paying child support for three children + avoiding taxes. He drove to the courthouse for this 12/10 arrest seen by Citizens' Outcry members and Michael Botti, the assistants' state attorney, treated it insignificantly! He was arrested for DUI in McClean County, which was dismissed, and also irrevelant to the states' attorney (not included it his sentence). The judge was Perry Thomson, who granted many continunces to allow him to be free. This is why we face our worse nightmares, ready to happen! We were appalled! We urge you to think before you vote for Birkett, the criminal-friendly people's attorney. Your lives are at stake!
