Hit a women in a crash named Arlene Richardson, in 1991. She died
3 years later being in a coma. He got away with murder, just as his brother
Timothy, because his father was well connected to the criminal, political
system. Justice was not served for Arlene and her family, and the people
vs Christopher Sullivan were all violated by the peoples attorney(States
Attorney, Jim Ryan). This is obstruction of justice. If this is unacceptable
