The Government That Wasn't Taught In Our Schools, Of By and For MONEY vs. JUSTICE. Starting With Francis Cuneo, Naperville Village Attorney Who Handled the DUI Arrest Illegally in 84 Along With Tim's Father, RIchard Sullivan, His
Attorney, David Lucas and James Jerz, the Judge Releasing Him Illegally on the DUI Arrest One Year Prior to Our Tragedy On Top Of Nineteen Arrests. My Mother Will Not Rest Until We Take Legal Action For Civil Rights Violations Legal Malpractice, Obstruction of Justice, and Conspiracy. It is Inhumane Greed and Murder, Just As The Criminals That Come Before Them.

Little did we know the nightmare ahead for us from our guardians, the legal system.

Click record of Timothy Sullivan and you wont believe it either. Wake up to the crisis that your family is facing everyday. Why we were murdered twice, first, by his lengthy record and second by Robert Nolan's work release sentence after killing us. Judge Robert Nolan, and the DuPage county court system including Fitzsimmons, Jim Ryan, and Birkett ( all the State's Attorneys). Little did we know that our guardians, our judges violated our trust by a corupt government operation. We feel they've been getting away with murder for years. We're one of the many whos lives were stolen for their GREED by selling out our constitutional rights to the highest bidder (the criminal defence lawyers). DUE PROCESS - 14TH AMENDMENT

“We trusted our government to protect our lives, and we trusted parents to hold their children responsible for their actions. Never did we realize that parents like Richard and Doris Sullivan would pay for their sons to become life threating alcoholics and take our lives one minute from our homes. We first blame our deaths on the parents of Timothy Sullivan (our killer) and its time for parents to be held accountable and incarcerated first and formost for their responsibiliy for the upbringing of their children. The brother Christopher Sullivan, continues to drive after being released also from killing a woman, unpunished, plea bargained, and bought off, as a high- risk dysfunctional alcoholic. Never did we think that parents like this would be our worst nightmare waiting to happen. We urge all parents to hold your children accountable for their actions by not paying off the criminal defense lawyers to plea them out. You will be accountable as accessories to their crimes. The punishment must fit the crime. Parents, be aware of how decisions are being made in your courtrooms. The courts belong to you. You pay for it. Your lives depend on it. You take your own lives in your hands when you get behind the wheel as you will see through this site. We urge you to empower your self and be thankful for this organization ready to empower you to work in your defense. Be part of this organization to fight for your rights to due process. who?	My 21-year-old daughter and her friend were senselessly killed by a repeat offender. These two women were just beginning their lives as productive and respected citizens of our community. It was a preposterous act of murder that should have been avoided.
what?	A habitual drunk driver with 19 known prior arrests (many of which were alcohol related) had not been held accountable for his actions by the Illinois Judicial System
where?	These two beautiful women were slain less than 60 seconds from their home in Carol Stream, on a road that local commuters travel on daily.
when?	August 22nd, 1985. The date is marked in our lives, forever. Our worst nightmare became a grave reality.
why?	The question that we pose to the judicial system, the state of Illinois and you, is "Why was this repeat offender allowed to retain his drivers license and enjoy his freedom?" This blatant disregard for justice was inadvertently responsible for the heartrending loss of two bright and vibrant women.
your chances of a drunk driving tragedy	Are escalating due to the fact that we are not involved, not educating ourselves about the alcohol advertising on all of us or our criminal system and not holding them accountable and personally responsible for the countless tragedies by releasing repeat criminal offenders who destroy our lives by their decisions
